July 24 2016: On the eve of the Democratic National Convention, thousands marched in Philadelphia demanding action to prevent climate catastrophe.

The Clean Energy Revolution marchers advocated an immediate ban on fracking, ending the use of fossil fuels, stopping the use of all dirty energy sources, a transition to 100% renewables and environmental justice for all.

Break Free Midwest: Transition from Fossil Fuels

May 15 2016: Hundreds of Midwesterners marched on the BP refinery in Whiting IN demanding we break free from fossil fuels and transition to clean renewable energy sources.

From the toxic waste created by the extreme extraction of tar sands destroying Indigenous communities in Canada, to toxins created by the BP Whiting refinery producing sacrifice communities in the Greater Chicago area, to the resultant catastrophic effect on our climate, the urgent need for a just transition away from fossil fuels to a 100% renewable energy economy is abundantly clear.
